Robert Shine has over 25 years in the agricultural industry serving both the agricultural contracting family business and manufacturing business we he returned from studying Agricultural Engineering in Tralee. Working on the family dairy farm from an early age Robert has had the full range of experiences from running machinery to designing them in the manufacturing business.

With almost 70 staff working currently in the company across the manufacturing and machinery dealership Robert now finds himself as Managing Director with senior management teams in all sections of the business.

With the wide and varied experience gained this has helped Robert to open the business to new opportunities over the last number of years widening the range of equipment produced and also sold in themed west region.

As the industry changes often faster that we can keep up Robert sees this as an opportunity to stay ahead of the competitors with R&D been at the forefront of this both within the company and the equipment been sold. Technology and how it is been used within the business and how the customers use it is at the base of the future proofing of the business.
