Our member IAM Agricultural Machinery are hiring an Agricultural Machinery Support Technician to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities and Objectives
- Provide field-based and remote aftersales technical support to dealers and customers.
- Carry out machine assembly, pre-delivery inspections, installation, and commissioning.
- Support dealers on a day-to-day basis by resolving technical issues and customer queries.
- Deliver technical guidance both on-site and via phone or remote support.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely resolution of technical and product-related matters.
- Work closely with internal teams and management to support and develop the dealer network.
- Conduct regular dealer visits for technical support and relationship management.
