Warranty and After Sales Coordinator

Our member J.H Fitzpatrick are hiring a Warranty and After Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team.

  • Manage the full warranty lifecycle, including claim evaluation, authorisation, and documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate warranty claim processing in line with company and manufacturer policies.
  • Oversee invoicing and processing for whole goods.
  • Monitor workshop performance using KPIs and generate related efficiency reports.
  • Coordinate technical training and apprenticeship programmes for workshop staff.
  • Analyse warranty data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Act as the main contact for customer after-sales support, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of claims, parts usage, and labour hours.
  • Stay informed on new machinery models and updates.
