Our member J.H Fitzpatrick are hiring a Warranty and After Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team.
- Manage the full warranty lifecycle, including claim evaluation, authorisation, and documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate warranty claim processing in line with company and manufacturer policies.
- Oversee invoicing and processing for whole goods.
- Monitor workshop performance using KPIs and generate related efficiency reports.
- Coordinate technical training and apprenticeship programmes for workshop staff.
- Analyse warranty data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement.
- Act as the main contact for customer after-sales support, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of claims, parts usage, and labour hours.
- Stay informed on new machinery models and updates.
