FJS Plant Ltd are looking for first-year apprentice fitters to join their expanding team. At FJS Plant Ltd you will be part of a large team of fitters and work alongside an experienced fitter throughout your apprenticeship. You will cover various areas such as Plant, Agri and Groundcare maintenance and repairs throughout your first year to find the suitable career path for you.
The apprenticeship system is a modular standards-based system comprising of seven alternating phases of training and development, four on-the-job and three off-the-job phases.
