Description:

Our member Wilsons of Rathkenny are currently recruiting a Agri / Weidemann Sales Manager

Role Responsibilities
– Responsible for managing the Weidemann loader brand for Ireland, throughout our dealer
network and retail sales in our own area of responsibility.
– Sale of new and used equipment from our premises.
– Building and maintaining good relationships with farmers and dealers.
– Maintaining a good relationship with the manufacturer.
– Have the ability to grow the Weidemann brand In Ireland.
– Attending local agricultural shows.

The Candidate will have:
– Proven experience in agricultural sales or a related field.
– A deep understanding of agricultural products, services, and industry trends.
– Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.

– OTE £80k a year

Our member KME Agri are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Manager 

Roles and responsibilities:

• Lead the sales and after-sales functions of KME Agri in Ireland and internationally.
• Expand KME Agri’s dealer network.
• Manage customer engagement throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to
after-sales support.
• Develop and maintain an active customer management system for both new and existing
customers.
• Utilise sales tools and analysis to track and report on customer activity.
• Conduct customer visits to address any issues or service requirements as needed.
• Provide regular updates to KME Agri management on sales performance and customer trends.
• Monitor customer business activities and communicate key insights to management in a
timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance KME Agri’s presence both online and in
person.

Position:

Salesperson & Aftersales Coordinator – Garden Machinery

Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the long-term financial performance of the Bandon garden machinery section;
  • Gather enquiries for the shop’s robotic mower specialist and oversee the robotic mower sales and aftersales processes with this specialist;
  • Identification of, sourcing of and sale of garden machinery parts;
  • Oversee the Bandon garden machinery workshop activities, ensuring a high level of customer service, and be the point of contact with customers for work instructions / updates;
  • Order / request transfer of stock to maintain appropriate machinery and parts stock levels;
  • Schedule deliveries / collections of machines to / from customers;
  • Maintain the presentation of the garden machinery floor of the Atkins Bandon shop, any garden machinery external displays and the tidiness of the section’s internal spaces (store, workshop);
  • Attend to day-to-day people management matters (roster, attendance, overtime, etc.) and raise any broader matters with the Branch Manager / Managing Director;
  • Initiate regular marketing activities – instore promotions, shows, demonstrations, social media posts, etc.
  • Cover for other staff members as required.

This is a full time & permanent position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source & order parts
  • Asist customers to correctly identify spare parts required for tractor / machinery servicing and repairs
  • Adhere to best practice sales routine, purchasing routines and stock policies to ensure optimal inventory levels and accurate records
  • Manage the relationship with parts suppliers to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship while negotiating best terms and conditions
  • Monitor the profit made on parts and ensure pricing / discounting is appropriate
  • Pick and pack stock for fulfilling phone / online orders
  • Maintain the organisation of parts stock ensuring parts are held at the correct bin locations and the store and shop are always kept tidy
  • Ensure that best practice standards are always in operation whilst ensuring that the Kill Agricultural Services brand is maintained to the highest specification
