The Association will offer two training courses at the FTMTA Farm Machinery Industry Training Centre near Naas during May.

The Parts Profit Management Course which has run successfully on a number of occasions in previous years will run again over three consecutive Wednesdays – May 6th, 13th and 20th.  The aim of the course, developed and delivered by Jim Clohessy,  is to develop a “best in class” parts department that is positioned to deliver the maximum value within the overall business. A Best Practice Service Department Course, also developed and delivered by Jim Clohessy, will be held over two consecutive Thursdays – May 7th and 14th. The objective of this course is to define, demonstrate and explain the roles and systems within the Service Department in line with best industry practices. For further details of the Best Practice Service Department Course please click here and for the booking form please click here.

The delegate fee for both courses includes lunch each day.

The closing date for applications for both courses is Friday, April 17th.
