FTMTA Training Courses
FTMTA is offering two training courses at the FTMTA Training Centre during October.
The “Parts Profit Management” course which has run successfully on a number of occasions will run again on three single days – October 6th, 13th and 20th. The aim of the course is to develop a “best in class” parts department positioned to deliver the maximum value within the overall business. The “Best Practice Service Department” course will take place on two single days – October 7th and 14th. The objective of this training course is to define, demonstrate and explain the roles and systems within the Service Department in line with best industry practices. Both courses, developed and delivered by Jim Clohessy, are designed with a focus on the practical needs of the farm machinery sector and full details will be sent to member firms in the coming days.
Both courses are open to member and non-member firms of the association.
The closing date for bookings is Friday, September 18th.
