The closing date for receipt of completed applications in relation to exhibitor space at the upcoming FTMTA Farm Machinery Show is November 2nd. No allocation of stand space will take place until after the closing date has passed and until a fully completed application form has been received.
The attention of prospective exhibitors is drawn to the rules of the FTMTA Farm Machinery Show with particular attention to a number of points:
- The Show rules expressly state that no duplication of products will be allowed. For the purposes of the Show rules, duplication is defined as the same product or a different model within the same make or brand. The no duplication rule is a long standing policy of the FTMTA Farm Machinery Show and is in place to add to the overall show experience for both exhibitors and vistors. Duplication of products reduces the overall impact of a Show.
- The Show is primarily an indoor event and all trade stands must be indoors. The outdoor display space is for the purpose of additional machinery display by those firms with indoor open stands only and must not constitute a staffed trade stand in its own right. The use of outdoor display space as a trade stand in its own right is specifically prohibited. No mobile exhibition units of any type are allowed either on indoor stands or on outdoor display space.
- All machinery displayed at the Show must be new.
Adherence to the rules of the FTMTA Farm Machinery Show is a condition of participation in the event. The rules have served the Show, our exhibitors and visitors well over the years and have helped to build the FTMTA Farm Machinery Show into the premier Irish farm machinery event and the largest indoor agricultural event in Ireland.
The FTMTA Farm Machinery Show takes place at Punchestown Event Centre on February 7th, 8th and 9th and will be the premier Irish farm machinery event of 2013.
