FTMTA Adds New Members 
The Executive Council of the Farm Tractor & Machinery Trade Association accepted two further firms into membership of the Association at its May meeting.
Swaine Agri is a growing retail dealership operating from a new, purpose built, premises at Ballyheashill near Rhode, County Offaly. Led by Liam Swaine, who has many years of experience in the farm machinery business, the firm was initially best known as a dealer in used tractors but was appointed by Farmhand Ltd. in late 2018 as a main dealer for their product ranges including Krone and Amazone equipment and it is also an Abbey dealer. Leinster Hydraulics Agri is a family run business based at Balcunnin near Skerries, County Dublin. Led by Neil Butterly and established since 2005, the business has built up a wide customer base across many industries including agriculture, demolition, waste, marine, manufacturing and grass equipment. The business was appointed as a dealer by Farmhand in 2011 and now includes many of their ranges such as Krone and Amazone in its product offering.
