There has been a strong early response to the Parts and Profit Management Course scheduled for early December. Previous offerings of this course, delivered by Jim Clohessy, were found to be of significant benefit by firms who took part.
The objective of this intensive course is to define and explain the role of personnel in a farm machinery dealer parts department in line with best industry practice. The outcome for the dealer is to be a decisive move towards a “best in class” parts department that is positioned to deliver the maximum value within the overall business.
The course will be delivered over three single days in three consecutive weeks – December 1st, 8th and 15th and will be held in the FTMTA Farm Machinery Industry Training Centre near Naas.The cost for FTMTA member firms in €450 per delegate and the cost for non FTMTA members in €600 per delegate.
