The FTMTA Essential Selling Skills & Territory Management Course proved to be a highly successful training initiative, having run four times with approximately 50 participants in total. Delivered by the expert team at VFM Associates, the course offered a comprehensive and practical learning experience tailored for dealer sales and aftersales staff.
Attendees praised the engaging approach and the relevance of the content, which focused on key areas such as personal sales techniques, customer engagement, objection handling, and closing strategies. The initial two-day Selling Skills module provided a strong foundation in understanding customer needs and presenting complete solutions, while the follow-up two-day Territory Management session offered valuable tools for time management, prospecting, and territory planning.
The course was partially subsidised, making it more accessible for our members and encouraging a wide range of professionals to take part. Participants left with personalised action plans and practical strategies to implement in their daily work, enhancing both their confidence and overall performance.
